Q. How can I order from Benham? Return to Top A You can order covers in one of several ways by selecting your covers and following these simple steps:

* By Internet
1. Click the "Buy" button against your selection(s) to add them into your Shopping Basket
2. Go to the Review Basket screen to add the required data to complete your order.
3. Go to the Checkout to add payment details and to review your order one more time before submitting it.
Only Credit / Debit Cards accepted for payment on the Internet.

* By Post
1. Complete the order form attached to the media where you saw the covers advertised.
2. Send the order form complete with payment to Benham Covers, Unit K, Shearway Business Park, Folkestone, Kent. CT19 4RG
3. Credit / Debit cards, cheques and postal orders are all accepted for payment by post. Please do not send in cash.

* By Fax
1. Complete the order form attached to the media where you saw the covers advertised.
2. Fax the order through to Benham Covers on 0844 884 6650.
3. Only Credit / Debit Cards accepted for payment by fax

A. If you have registered your e-mail account with us, then we will confirm your order by e-mail as soon as it is placed. Only orders placed through the Internet are confirmed currently.

A. The price quoted plus relevant postage is the price you will be charged unless you qualify for discounts.

Q What are the Special Promotions areas on the Product Catalogue page used for? Return to Top

A Periodically customers qualify for special promotions. These promotions will have specific marketing codes and products associated with them. Should a customer wish to order from these promotions through the Internet then the specific Marketing Code and Product Codes should be entered. These codes will generally exist on the order form attached to the associated media. For normal Internet orders these fields can be left blank.

A. All card payments are charged on despatch of your order.

A. All new products will be added to the site. Due to the vast range of covers we hold, some of our older stock will not be found on the web but if you have a specific interest, please contact us.

A. Orders are normally delivered within 28 days anywhere in the world. This time can sometimes be exceeded on signed new issues where the time taken for signatories to return covers is beyond our control.
